Guinness for me H. And one for Bucky to as we both need bulking up. Sammy say's he'll have a coke, Benno want's a zambuca and Jake will have the most expensive drink in the pub and then talk gibberish for 4 hours. Ben will have a pint but leave it in the pump as he'll be late to the pub as he has to go home and do his hair. Mr & Mrs Cheesey will have a lager and a bag of crisps as they're even skinnier than me and bucky. Bazza wants a Stella and Cameron wants what Smithy's having. Jack wants a babysham to go with his white dancing shoes and Lee R will have a lager for giving the goal to you in his report to the comet. Bring your dad down and buy him a beer - and then tell him what a disgrace you are! Smithy's ole man will have a J20 as he's got to pick Smithy up from Hitchin later. Chalky will have a red bull and vodka as he needs livening up a bit!! And by the time you've got all those I'd have drunk my Guinness and so you can get me another one you greedy selfish number 9!! Centre back for you Saturday!! Bucky/Ben, bring your goalscoring boots Sat!!

I was gonna write something similar to you Kingy, no wonder he's got 'so many' goals, half of them have come off defenders or already over the line, you wouldnt see me claiming any i didnt touch.........apart from the one against Hinton, but no one remembers that! ha ha H, mines a fosters top, cheers!

Have a look at the photo's from The Comet of the Croxley Guild match (Latest News - Pics). I think there's photographic proof that Harry's goal was in fact an own goal!! So beers all round from H then - after accepting so many last Saturday off other people for promising us that 'I scored the winner - it definately wasn't already over the line'.

Flicking through The Comet and I've come across the photo of Baldock Town winning the league - congrats to you all. But from the looks of it, Nunny's turned into a midget! Smaller than me!! Good luck to the ressies on Saturday.

What a day for the club. Great result for the 1st Team. The scoreline flatters Croxley but that's irrelevant - it was our day and to win the league in a tense match just added to the drama. And I was also chuffed for all the supporters who saw us win it and then helped us get all the stakes/nets down while the papparazzi from The Comet were swarming all over us. I think I heard Smithy say he felt like Princess Di!! One game to go and lets make sure we go out in style. And the icing on the cake was to hear the stiffs had gone to Buckhurst Hill and won 2-1 pretty much guaranteeing Runners Up spot and promotion. A huge well done to Bazza and the lads. The club has progressed on and off the field at an incredible rate over the past 3 years and this is thanks to players, the committee and the generosity of the supporters - long may it continue. 2 games of great significance left for the Ressies and one for the 1st Team before we all go for a well earned break. Well done everyone.

Well done lads!!

Fantastic season and despite not being at our best Saturday we ground it out as we have done on so many occasions this season.

I would also just like to say well done to Wodson Park for pushing us all the way this season - together we have been by far the best two clubs in the division and it was a nice touch by their management to call us on Saturday evening to offer their congratulations!
